I am mainly interested in developing statistical methods for analyzing brain imaging data of various modalities including MRI, ECOG, EEG and fMRI. My current research further extends the methods for incorporating biomarker identification from medical imaging data in analyzing complete electronic medical records for large populations of patients.

As a part of my postdoc I worked on methodology for statistical analysis of large samples of resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) data using group independent component analysis. I am interested in both disease development prediction using imaging biomarkers as well as exploration of different disorders affecting the human brain.
